About

Built by a CPA who automated his own practice first.

This isn't theoretical. Praxis is running in production at RTW Advisors — classifying real transactions, delivering real client videos, managing a real inbox, closing real books every month.

Askia Roberts, CPA

Founder, RTW Advisors

Georgia-Licensed CPA

I started RTW Advisors as a Georgia-licensed CPA with a straightforward problem: I wanted to serve more clients with better quality, and I kept running into the same ceiling — client communication.

Email response. Meeting scheduling. Quarterly update calls. Monthly "how are my books" check-ins. These are not advisory services. They're administrative work that happens to require a CPA's name on the calendar invite. I was spending 15–20 hours per week on it.

I started building the infrastructure to automate it — not as a product, but as operational necessity. First the inbox routing. Then transaction classification. Then the decision log so I could prove to myself (and to the profession) that the AI was never making unsupervised choices about client finances.

Then came the virtual twin. I wanted clients to feel like they had dedicated attention, not time-shared attention. The Synthesia avatar delivers quarterly updates in my face and voice. My clients think I recorded a video just for them. I approved a script.

On a flight from Atlanta to Phoenix, I was working in my seat. The managing partner of a 40-person Southeast firm leaned over and asked what I was building. I showed him. He asked if I could build it for his firm.

That's why Praxis exists. Not because someone told me there was a market. Because someone saw it working and asked me to make it available.

Why I built this — and why I'm offering it to other firms

Two minutes. The problem I was solving, how Praxis runs my practice today, and why I'm confident it works at other firms — because the infrastructure is the same, and the problems are the same.

This video is delivered by my Synthesia avatar. That's intentional. If I'm selling you a virtual twin, you should see mine working.

It was "why isn't every firm doing this?" Praxis is the answer. Your firm is next.
